OBC is a Linux-based system directed to the systems management for Home & Building Automation. OBC is an open system both for the fact that all its codex is based on an Open environment and as it’s native interface, as well as with the KNX bus, with any technologic system that use a serial protocol or a tcp/ip whose specifications are known.

The OBC system is based on a web server with no license costs to which it’s possible to connect an unlimited number of clients through a normal web browser. The OBC server is hardware fully furnished, with performance fitting the environment of use. OBC allows the creation of HA High Availability configurations, that is high availability by the use of two redundant servers, especially appreciated for critical applications like the ones used on board ship.

The client interface is intuitive and eye-catching graphic, answering fast and always aligned on the system, thanks to the use of the most modern web programming technologies.

OBC is a native gateway among several systems wherewith it can works with.

This own functionality is managed in a smart modality with the transfer control of telegrams between a system to another with the intention to avoid communication mistakes or into the use of the available band on a certain system, differently from the common gateway available on market, that passively “commutes”  information with a low or even without control.
